Dan Cohen - Brief Synopsis
Over the course of my 40+ year career I have had the good fortune to have had the opportunity to positively influence others through business and personal relationships. My experience includes large scale executive responsibility at major global companies like IBM, DXC, Atos & Cognizant, spanning the full ranges of outsourcing, services, software and hardware across the banking, financial services, insurance, scientific/tech and public sector industries. My family and I have enjoyed getting to know the world through seven international assignments beyond America in Europe and Asia and, as a consequence, I have great respect for the inherent value in cross-cultural collaboration and leadership. I still believe now, more than ever, that diversity and differences in thinking bring about the greatest value in the marketplace when respected and leveraged. To that end, my background also includes a long list of "giveback" for things that really matter running alongside my professional career. I am currently Board President of our Cooperative Association in NYC - Still giving back.

Conceived and led several large and complex transformation initiatives in different corporate cultures successfully by leveraging change through assimilation and people leadership. Significant experience with global clients and industries has enabled cross-industry leverage to achieve meaningful change.
